The staff kindly arranged my early check-in during my first visit. the B&B suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Luggage storage, Flat-screen TV, Refrigerator, Dryer. I always look forward to returning for Christmas!

Extremely clean and updated, with sincere, warm, hospitality. Obvious attention to healthy, tasteful breakfast. Privacy respected.
Across the river from the action in Fredericton, didn't want to walk the bridge in the dark...although others did (and said it wasn't bad for a 20 minute walk)

As a senior lady, I simply adored the charming decor of this cozy inn. the flower garden and patio were delightful spots for relaxation. the heated bathroom floors were a luxurious touch, perfect on chilly mornings. For us seniors, the accessibility here was fantastic, making it easy to navigate and enjoy the beautiful views of the Saint John River.
More assistance needed for seniors' comfort and convenience.

Cindy who is a wonderful hostess! She thinks of everything, is most helpful, and such a great cook!! We loved the place, so well maintained and welcoming! Very clean, comfortable rooms. Her cranberries muffins are the best I ever ate! Definitely a place to recommend and to go back to!

It was in a nice location along the walking trails with easy access to the city. Our hostess was lovely and a great cook! Nice comforable room with a fantistic breakfast. She also provided a great orientation to the area so that we could make the most of our stay.
Nothing....I Would recomend it to any traveler.

The house is very beautiful and so was the room. Breakfast was just fabulous, none of the fatty fried up breakfast but very fresh and made from scratch ! You cant faulty the service and the location .. Very helpful owner and extremely well organized !!
